The storyline introduces a "strangely dressed woman named Ada" who charges the duo with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a key location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a secret group.

The trailer features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through generations. The trailer finishes with a dramatic moment showing a character, likely the captive, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
